Most repairs are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. That means that the repair is covered for the life of the device, under normal use conditions.
This warranty covers:
✅ Defects in the part under normal use
✅ Defects in the installation / labor
✅ Issues with the device that are directly attributable to the work performed by Fixenter
This warranty DOES NOT cover:
🚫 Cracked screens / accidental damage
🚫 Liquid damaged devices
🚫 Any issues resulting from improper use or abuse of the device
🚫 Normal wear and tear
🚫 “I only dropped it from 6 inches and it broke!!!”
🚫 “I woke up and it was cracked!!”
🚫 “My horse only nibbled on it!!”
Some repairs include a warranty, but for a shorter time period. For example:
✅ Batteries: 1 Year Warranty
✅ Hard Drive Replacements: 1 Year Warranty
Some repairs DO NOT include any warranty, explicit or implied. For example:
🚫 Liquid damaged devices
🚫 Bug infested devices
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assess the situation. If your device is found to be under warranty, we will fix the issue free of charge.
Please note that liquid damaged devices have no warranty. We cannot guarantee the functionality of the device for longer than it is at our store.
