We don’t BS you

Ever taken your car to a mechanic for an oil change and suddenly you need a new transmission*? As in, they weren’t even servicing the transmission, never went close to it, never drove the car, and now suddenly they’re lying to you about its imminent death?

We don’t do that. We tell you the truth. Lots of places will tell you that you need a “calibration” or that “your phone is dead” (after charging you a $50+ “diagnosis fee”) or some other junk in order to take your money. We don’t believe in that. We tell you what’s wrong, what it will cost, and whether we will even accept the repair (all at zero cost to you). Nice, ain’t it?

Our prices are fair

Of course this is debatable depending on where you live, and how you live, but we strive to be an excellent value for the money. Our parts are high quality, our service is helpful, and if you have a problem we are here to help.

We know what we’re doing

Let’s be honest – it’s dead simple to change an iPhone screen. If you don’t believe us, look on YouTube for a video. We do it in 10 minutes or less. You’re not mailing us your device because it has a broken screen (although we accept those, too). You’re sending it to us because every other shop in town has told you that they don’t know how to fix it (if they’ll admit it) or that your phone is “dead”. They probably even tried to sell you a new one – pretty smart.

That’s why you’re sending it to us.

We actually work on the hard stuff. We fix devices where even the manufacturer says it can’t be fixed. We’ve fixed thousands of devices and seen it all. We know the common issues and their fixes. We usually know within about 30 seconds what problem your device actually has, even when the other guys say it can’t be fixed.
